As January draws to end how has your month been? Did you set any new year resolutions? Are you sticking to them? If you’re not, same here iv still not begun to learn Brazilian Portuguese and I still waste time watching stupid videos on social media!!!
Sadly, the vast majority of the UK gave up the new year resolution already! Life gets in the way, excuses are made and your back in the rut of 2014, 2013 2012.,
You will be undearating, binge eating, eating food that leaves you bloated/constantly tired so you live off sugar and coffee and then deal with stress with alcohol. This leaves you feeling low about yourself, beating yourself up, hiding behind extra clothes and dreading the summer!
Then as summer approaches you will probably do a quick fix
” im a complete mug for falling for it” plan.
If you think drinking a plant for 9 days is going fix the fact you under eat, binge eat, emotionally eat, see food as the enemy, have developed food intolerances and are miserable.
THEN YES YOU’RE A MUG!!
Now before you YOU UNSUBSCRIBE for me being a cheeky bastard!
( feel free to at the end but if you do, its because the truth hurts……so suck it up and take the truth)
You have major issues with food and self esteem That you will never fix UNLESS you do something to fix it!
Now how do I know you have this problem? You’re on my mailing list. Your are the person who signs up to my plan and I have worked with all my life!
Desperate to feel better, desperate to feel confident!
BUT NEVER DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE IT!!
I set homework for my silver and gold members this January ( clients who are in private forum who share recipes, post goals, get homework etc)
I asked them to do a video diary stating
WHY THEY JOINED
WHY THEY WANT TO CHANGE
WHY THEY FEEL LIKE THEY DO
People hated it, felt embarrassed! But these people want to change so they were not pussys and decided to suck it up
They did the scary thing and told the truth……..that they under eat, they binge eat, they punish themselves with food and seek comfort in food, they hate how they look and feel
No more excuses.
No more quick fixes.
ITS TIME TO CHANGE!
Four weeks has passed and guess what……..they are still on plan. They are still posting their food daily, they are still posting their progress weekly. They are no longer starving and tired. They Are no longer bloated and miserable. They no longer lie awake at night unable to fall asleep. They no longer snap and shout and cry for no reason.
They are learning control
They are learning food is amazing
They are learning the scales are not the answer to happiness
They are HAPPY!!!
I will ask this simple question to you
IF YOU HATE HOW YOU FEEL AND LOOK
Will you do what you always do…….hide your head in the sand or do a stupid diet that has never ever worked EVER.
or will you stop making excuses to stay miserable
and get off your arse and change it?
